The Sayings of Jesus: A Comparative Gospel
led by Rev. Brandon Halford
In this study, we'll explore the powerful teachings of Jesus by comparing how they're presented in all four Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Each Gospel offers a unique perspective on His heart, His mission, and His message.
By placing these accounts side by side, we'll uncover fresh insights, hidden gems, and a deeper understanding of how Jesus speaks into our lives today.
Come ready to listen, learn, and be transformed by the words that changed the world!

Discipleship Essentials: A Guide to Building Your Life in Christ
led by Rev. Dr. Raigan Miskelly
Are you ready to take the next step in your spiritual journey? Do you long to move beyond being a convenient Christian and become a deeply committed follower of Christ? If so, we invite you to participate in our Discipleship Essentials groups!
Following the example set by Jesus, we will gather in intimate groups of three to four, creating a space for study, encouragement, and genuine connection. In these small but powerful gatherings, you will explore weekly themes that will guide you in your journey of faith.
Each week of Discipleship Essentials will include:
· Core Truths: A foundational truth to anchor our discussions.
· Reflection Questions: Thought-provoking prompts to help you apply the teachings to your life.
· Memory Verses: Scripture to commit to heart and mind, enriching your spiritual toolkit.
· Inductive Bible Study: Deep dives into God’s Word that will illuminate your understanding and challenge your convictions.
· Discussion Questions: Engaging conversations that foster growth and fellowship.
· Large Group Lesson: A deep dive study of the week’s theme/study.
Join us on Wednesday nights as we gather to explore God’s Word and strive to become faith-filled followers of Jesus. This is more than a study; it's an opportunity to form lasting friendships and nurture your faith in a supportive community.
Whether you're just starting to explore your faith or looking to deepen your existing relationship with Christ, Discipleship Essentials is the perfect opportunity to grow in your walk with God.
Come, be part of a nurturing group as we dive into the transformative Word of God and grow in our discipleship journey.

Methodism 101
led by Rev. Dr. Lt. Ricky James, Dean of Chapel at Millsaps College
Why do Methodists baptize babies? Who was John Wesley? What do Methodists believe about how to get to Heaven? If you’ve ever wondered about these or other questions, join us for a survey of Methodist beliefs. We’ll talk about our history, the beliefs we share with other Christians, and what distinguishes us as “The People Called Methodist.” Whether you grew up a cradle Methodist or just accidentally wandered in, we will all have fun learning about this heart-warming faith.
